Service Description
Start your wellness journey by joining a Strength & Fitness 6 Week Program. Get in shape & feel good about yourself while losing some winter weight, strengthening the core, toning up & start building muscle. This class provides: -small (fun & no judgment) group setting -one on one guidance for proper technique -reduce injuries; great rehab program -beginner to intermediate exercises including progressions (all fitness levels) -warmup, workout, cardio & yoga/stretch program -free consultation for nutrition planning with our coach Sylvie (Mineral-Nutritional Balancing Practitioner (MNBP))
