Service Description

This class is to introduce you into the world of pole! It is a fun workout that builds strength in every part of your body. This class will focus on the basics of pole, learning fundamental spins, climbs, inverts and holds. You will be taken through a series of steps to master the basics of the sport. You will get the opportunity to practice on a static pole and spin pole. Once you have completed the basics, you are ready to move onto Level 2.
