Fitness Classes

Aerial Hoop
Aerial Hoop is a circus apparatus used to perform beautiful movements and shapes in the air. Many sizes of hoop are available. Aerialists are welcome to use the hoop static or spinning. Students will be taught mounts, moves, and combos, and will build strength and flexibility to move freely within the hoop. Each class includes a warmup, conditioning, and cooldown. Please wear long pants for this class.

Pole Fitness
All of the wonder of pole! It is a fun workout that builds strength in every part of your body. These classes will teach you spins, climbs, inverts, holds, tricks and combos. You will be taken through a series of steps to master the basics of the sport, and from there you will learn more advanced tricks and combos. Each class includes a warmup, conditioning and cooldown. You will get the opportunity to practice on a static pole and spin pole. Please wear shorts for this class.

Authentic Indoor Cycling
45-minute Instructor-led group fitness class mimicking road cycling on a specific style of stationary bike. Working on cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength, bringing the outdoors in. Personal bike setup and post workout stretch included. All fitness levels welcome. Beginner friendly!

Fitness & Strength
This fitness class is designed to help and improve your mobility, flexibility and strength while focusing on functional movements, unilateral training, bodyweight & weight training. The workouts will include a warm up, stretching, and a short cardio session to improve heart health. Progressions will also be provided to reach everyone's needs and goals and to tackle your weaknesses which will help you gain a better movement pattern. Class is open to anyone of any age!!

Open Gym
Open Gym allows students to practice their skills on their own. Can use the gym for pole, aerial hoop or floor work. Must have attended regular scheduled classes first. An instructor will be present, but only to monitor, not to coach.

Flex & HIIT* Coming Soon
Get your heartrate up and burn fat with the HIIT portion, and then cool down and do some deep stretches for the Flex portion. All moves are scaleable and progressions/regressions given.

Want something different for a birthday? Want to have a private event with your friends? Parties are a great way to try the aerial sport in a fun dynamic way. Come enjoy a fun Pole, Aerial Hoop, or a mixture of BOTH! Can also do a heels class!

60 Minutes - $150
90 Minutes - $200
120 Minutes - $250
Parties Start at $150 for the first hour, up to 5 people. For 6 or more people, it is an additional $16/person. A $50 deposit is required to book your party.
