Aerial Hoop

Join us for an aerial hoop class where you'll experience the beauty of aerial arts in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our professionally-led sessions are designed for all levels, from beginners exploring their first aerial moves to experienced practitioners honing their skills.

In this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of aerial hoop (also known as lyra) techniques, including graceful poses, fluid transitions, and strength-building maneuvers while suspended in the air. Our expert instructors will guide you through a progressive series of exercises focusing on building core strength, flexibility, and aerial artistry.

Each class is tailored to accommodate individual abilities and goals, providing personalized attention to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Whether you're aiming to master stunning routines or simply seeking a unique and empowering fitness activity, our aerial hoop class offers a space for creativity, self-expression, and a full-body workout.

Pole Fitness

Welcome to our pole fitness class, where strength, artistry, and empowerment collide in a supportive and energetic environment. Open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned pole enthusiasts, our classes offer a dynamic blend of fitness, dance, and aerial artistry.

Led by experienced instructors, our classes cater to individuals looking to enhance their fitness levels while exploring the grace and athleticism of pole dancing. You'll learn a progressive series of spins, climbs, transitions, and floor work techniques, focusing on building core strength, flexibility, and coordination.

In each session, you'll experience a full-body workout that not only challenges your physical capabilities but also nurtures self-confidence and body positivity. Our classes are designed to accommodate varying skill levels and goals, providing personalized attention to ensure proper technique and safety.

Authentic Indoor Cycling

45-minute Instructor-led group fitness class mimicking road cycling on a specific style of stationary bike. Working on cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength, bringing the outdoors in. Personal bike setup and post workout stretch included. All fitness levels welcome. Beginner friendly!

Fitness & Strength

This fitness class is designed to help and improve your mobility, flexibility and strength while focusing on functional movements, unilateral training, bodyweight & weight training. The workouts will include a warm up, stretching, and a short cardio session to improve heart health. Progressions will also be provided to reach everyone's needs and goals and to tackle your weaknesses which will help you gain a better movement pattern. Class is open to anyone of any age!!

Open Gym

Welcome to our Open Gym sessions—an opportunity for enthusiasts of all levels to explore, practice, and refine their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

During our Open Gym hours, participants have access to our state-of-the-art facilities, including a variety of equipment for strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness. This unstructured time allows individuals to create their personalized workout routines, practice specific techniques, or engage in free-form exercises under the guidance of our experienced trainers.

Our supportive staff is present to offer assistance, guidance, and tips to maximize your workout experience. Whether you're focusing on weightlifting, cardio, calisthenics, or exploring various fitness modalities, the Open Gym provides the freedom to tailor your workout to your preferences and goals.

Hoop Choreo - Level 1

Each session of Hoop Choreo is an immersive exploration into crafting seamless and expressive aerial routines. You'll delve into the intricacies of musicality, transitions, fluidity, and storytelling, learning how to synchronize movements and poses into a captivating aerial performance.

Our instructor will guide you through the process, providing techniques and feedback to help you construct and polish your individual or group hoop routines.

Xtreme Step 

Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil(TM) was created in 2014 by Phillip Weeden. Classes quickly became a worldwide movement known as "the most energetic step aerobic and high intensity cardio fitness" set to old and new school hip hop. The one of a kind program makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn! This is a revamp of traditional step aerobics!

Silks (Monthly Workshops)

Each session is designed to teach fundamental techniques for climbing, wrapping, and maneuvering on the fabric. You'll learn a series of beautiful poses, spins, and drops while suspended in the air, focusing on building core strength, flexibility, and aerial artistry.

Whether you're captivated by the beauty of aerial art or seeking a challenging full-body workout, our Silks Class offers a space for exploration, self-expression, and personal growth. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to soar to new heights.

Join us and experience the thrill of defying gravity, embracing your inner artist, and discovering the magic of aerial silks in a class that will elevate both your body and spirit.

Hip Hop Dance Class

Get moving in this FUN, Adult hip hop dance class. Led by our own Coach Amy, who loves everything dance! Whether you're looking to learn new dance moves, stay fit, or simply have fun, this adult hip-hop dance offers a vibrant and engaging outlet for self-expression and creativity. Beginner Friendly! 

Taught the first Saturday of the month.

Experience personalized fitness at its finest with our Private Fitness Sessions, tailored to meet your individual goals, preferences, and schedule. Whether you're new to fitness, aiming to reach specific milestones, or seeking a more focused and customized workout experience, our private sessions offer exclusive one-on-one attention from our experienced trainers.

During your private session, our expert trainers will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, discuss your objectives, and design a personalized workout plan tailored specifically to your needs. We prioritize your comfort and progression, ensuring each session is optimized to help you achieve maximum results.

Our trainers specialize in various fitness disciplines, including aerial arts, strength training, cardio, flexibility, functional movement, and more. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, increased flexibility, or overall wellness, our trainers will guide and motivate you every step of the way, providing expert instruction, encouragement, and accountability.

Private Session of any aerial sport:

A customized grounded workout for your body - $60/hour

Want something different for a birthday? Want to have a private event with your friends? Parties are a great way to try the aerial sport in a fun dynamic way. Come enjoy a fun Pole, Aerial Hoop, or a mixture of BOTH! Can also do a heels class!

120 Minutes - $250

 

Parties Start at $150 for the first hour, up to 5 people. For 6 or more people, it is an additional $16/person. A $50 deposit is required to book your party.
