My daughter has been taking lessons from Tracy for the last 6 months and she is truly in love with Aerial. I've witnessed her get stronger, more flexible and even a little more brave.

Tracy is an amazing coach, she is attentive, encouraging and makes sure everyone is safe.

What is Pole Fitness?

Pole fitness is a form of exercise that combines dance and acrobatics around a vertical pole. It's a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and coordination.

What is Aerial Hoop Fitness?

Aerial hoop fitness is a form of aerial acrobatics where participants perform various strength and flexibility exercises, dance movements, and poses on a suspended metal hoop. It provides a full-body workout while improving core strength, coordination, and gracefulness.

Do I need to have prior experience in dance or fitness to try a pole or hoop fitness class?

Not at all! Pole & hoop fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and instructors can tailor classes to accommodate beginners to advanced participants.

What should I wear to a pole or hoop fitness class?

Wear comfortable workout attire that allows freedom of movement, such as shorts or leggings and a tank top. Avoid clothing with zippers or anything too loose-fitting that could get caught on the pole or hoop. We also encourage you to bring water to stay hydrated!
