Service Description

This 1.5 hour Aerial Hammock Workshop will lift your feet off the ground and maybe even upside down :) What to wear: Tight full length leggings, and workout shirt with short or long sleeves (that atleast cover armpits and shoulders) preferred. Socks optional. Please ensure hair is securely tied up, or it can get tangled in the hammocks. Please bring water bottle.

Please give us 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel within the 12 hour window, please let the coach know. No Shows will be charged $25.
