This fitness class is designed to help and improve your mobility, flexibility and strength while focusing on functional movements, unilateral training, bodyweight & weight training. The workouts will include a warm up, stretching, and a short cardio session to improve heart health. Progressions will also be provided to reach everyone's needs and goals and to tackle your weaknesses which will help you gain a better movement pattern. Class is open to anyone of any age!! Classes can be purchased at a Monthly Rate of $115 (12 Classes) or drop in at $15/class.
