Intermediate/Advanced: - Working to have all aerial mounts - Know basic moves and how to transition between them (delilahs, hip holds, back straddle, top bar moves comfortably, amazon, cradle and variations) - Know how to transition between moves - Basic knowledge of basic strap moves
