Strong & Flexy
Service Description
A grounded class designed for aerialists, or fitness enthusiasts, looking to enhance their strength, flexibility and athletic performance. This class will include 30 minutes of aerial specific strength and conditioning followed by 30 minutes of flexibility training focusing on optimizing shoulder mobility, back bends, middle splits and front splits. Your coach, Audrey De Jong, provides exercise modifications and graduated movement progressions to ensure that all students can safely and effectively improve their strength and flexibility. No previous experience in strength training, conditioning or flexibility is required. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (shoes are not required).

Cancellation Policy
Please give us 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window, please let the coach know. IF you do not let us know, a $15 no show fee will be charged. Thank you.
